Day one training recap with VIKES and MISA –TAN
The training from begin seems fantastic due to participants
and facilitator readiness. Most of them came in time regardless traffic jam
and other inconveniences along their journey to training venue.
Training started by 9:15AM unfortunately, we encountered some technical problem and power
rationing that at made some participants expectations to fade and mostly those who don’t have any knowledge on online journalism. In the due course of finding the solution of the problem from within the resources we have among participants, Mr. George Balthazar from TSJ and Deusideth DSJ at least managed to fix almost the entire problem we encountered.
Despite the difficulties the efforts made by trainees and the
facilitator yield positive outcomes after lunch since all the participants
manage to open their blogs and at least post their first stories. The posted stories
were also linked to other sources by using their URL’s.
